SuperDuper chokes on IDrive deamon?

I tried twice (without restart of system I admit). Normally all works. what could that be?

Well, it looks like the file itself is damaged. Try following the Troubleshooting steps in the User's Guide...

All OK
 

I restarted the system and started over with the sync and all is good now. :)
