How to I get my new licence number for 3.7.5

I have SuperDuper 3.7.5 but have been asked to buy a new licence. This I have done, but I have not received my new licence number nor any instructions as to how to get it. So at the moment I cannot use SuperDuper unless using Rosetta.

Please advise asap or I will cancel that purchase.

The license is shown onscreen after purchase and it's also emailed to you. Did you check your spam folder?
