What does this error mean?

Latest version. Now it stopped working. When I try to do a backup it fails (error shown below). It was mentioning a program called Trashit so I deleted that program on both drives, but the error still references it.

What could be causing this error?

A damaged attribute. Did you try repairing the source?

I have used DiskWarrior 5 on all disks, as well as Apples Disk Utility. I do have an older version of Tech Tool Pro 8 that I could try, but it hasn't been tested of my OS (10.13.6). I don't know of any other good way to repair disks.
