Can you send this log with the send to shirt pocket button so I can take a look at the more detailed diagnostics that are included? Thanks.

Received and replied - it's a write error on the destination.

I got the same error. Backing Mac Book Pro to Time Capsule with 1.2 TB remaining and also Time Machine Backup that seems to be backing up fine. What's the next recommended step?

Send the log with the "Send to shirt pocket" Button.

That's what I was thinking might be the solution, but didn't want to try that without your advice.

BTW, Could it be because, maybe, this was the first backup after upgrading the MBP to Lion?

Yes, a lot changed and you didn't have much headroom on the drive. It's usually a good idea, after a major OS update, to do an erase-then-copy backup.
