I am running 10.6
Does anybody knows what this is???
I got this message when repairing permissions with disk utility.
Should I "NOT" repair permissions when cloning???

It's a permission repair issue. Don't worry about it... if it concerns you, I'd turn repair permissions off. :)

Any SUID file basically you can ignore. I have this also after installing Snow Leopard and running software update.
