It looks like you might have a damaged filesystem on the source drive, Bruno...

Well, the problem is on your startup drive, which is neither of the ones you're copying. So I'd archive-and-install on the startup volume...

Well cloning is on the way

I always forget to repare privileges from the start up disk before cloning.
And more, i never repare it on the clone after cloning.

I tell you later the result ...

I hope not to use archive and reinstall, i really do not like this.

Pleaze refresh my second post Dave ... (Edit)

Well, here is the result.

SD start fine but stopped to copy certain files (in "USR").

I try to install the 10.5.4 combo update on the start up clone, but it change nothing.

I have to reinstall all my system

:(

Bad day.

Try resetting your iSync data using iSync's preferences.

Dave,

BINGO !

You are Great, many thanks for help.

All is Green and the new start up disk cloned Rock again.

I have all my files dancing in the light :D

I had to reinstall the Combo update 10.5.4 on the Clone, repare privileges, reset iSync finaly,
and wait for 700 000 files during 1H45 cloning and the boot delivrance.

Really better than a complete re-installe.

SuperDuper! is a GREAT soft and not enought expensive
:)

Make an update as soon as you can.
