It's about time I posted this particular question, which gets asked all the time.
If you have an old serial number - that is, one that starts with SPSD001 - unfortunately, eSellerate has shut down and they've taken their license recovery system with them. To protect your privacy and security, and comply with GDPR, we didn't keep your personal information here.
There's a chance, if you've previously requested support, that we can search support cases and see if you mentioned it, so you can reach out to support and I'll see if I can help.
We can retrieve newer "Paddle" numbers from Paddle, so reach out in that case as well.
But please retain your license information! There's no guarantee we can recover it for you...
Note that if you don't get the license email, please check your Junk mail folder! :)
