2 TB clone successful but negative numbers?

Hi,
I recently cloned a OS X Server volume with SuperDuper.
At first, the Copying files from Drive A to Drive B displayed correctly.
But.... later on the copying SuperDuper displayed an effective speed of "-3.70 MB/s"
and "-308,613.00 MB evaluated, 0.00 MB already up to date, -308,613.00 MB copied."

Can you tell me why the negative numbers were displayed?

Also, for what it's worth, when I did a brief comparison, of the folder structure on the new drive, not all folders showed as being on the destination drive! A byte comparison of key folders on both drives showed them to be identical however. I then ran Disk Warrior on the destination and all, in fact, did show up.
