Thank you, Dave

Dave:

I've spent several hours rearranging my computer and setting up a backup system featuring exclusive use of SD! as my backup software. For reasons mentioned in another thread, I gave up on Time Machine for now.

During the switch to my SD!-only backup solution, I spent quite a bit of time re-reading the User's Guide and looking at log files to make sure my selected options actually do what I intend. During these reads I was again struck by the clear, straightforward way you explain things to us non-tech users. You could have used techspeak to impress your colleagues, but, instead, you have actually focused on the needs and level of understanding of your customers. I have stayed with SD! because I have learned to trust it. This is because of my experience with it and because of your clear, patient, and honest manner as you deal with the day-to-day questions from customers. Thank you, Dave, for being this kind of entrepreneur. You give the business a good name. Best regards.
