FileVault account not opening
Hi,
Following the user manual advice to back-up from a non-FileVault account, I logged out of my standard user account and into the Admin account (FileVault off) and ran a Backup All Files. When I restarted my laptop from the backup drive to check the files, logging in to my user account gave me quite a shock. The set-up was the system default (as though the OS had created a fresh user) and the only file in my home folder was "username.sparseimage". Did I goof something up? Shouldn't my back-up be opening my FileVault user as though it were the original and displaying all my files properly? Thanks! allen
