Backup of dual boot drive osx86

Hi, I've been using SuperDuper on my MacBook for a number of years now. And - what can I say - I sleep really well at night.

I have recently build a very nice and stable OSX 10.5.7 system with PC components (I hear the booohs already) and I'd like to back it up with SD. One hitch: I am using two 1,5TB drives (one internal, one via USB) partitioned 200, 300, 500, 500 (the 200 partition being MS-Wxx boot and the 300 partition being OSX boot.

Will SD work in this environment?

Cheers from Germany,

Volker
