Well, That's EXACTLY what I thought (USB!!)

This is EXACTLY what I thought, and what I was initally referring to.
I have a MacBook (Intel), and yes, I have previously booted many times, from my USB external hard disk.

NOT NOW THOUGH!!

This is very frustrating, to go to thest forums AFTER purchasing the product, for some level of support, sending e-mails to the support e-mail address, and then while purusing the list of messages, seeing that people are being told to only ask in one place, not both.

HOW LONG SHOULD ONE EXPECT TO WAIT FOR HELP?

IS THIS PRODUCT FOR END USERS/KIDDES or for consideration for Enterprise customers? (and if so, shouldn't the level of support be as fitting)?

Bottom line:

Three attemted backups to an external USB hard disk, none are bootable in or out of the case (and now I have a 'bastardized USB case, trying to verify/prove-disprove the issues.).

PLEASE......HELP IS NEEDED!!
