Multiple Volume Script

Is there a way in thew SuperDuper scripts to automate the backing up of two separate volumes/drives to two separate partitions. The example would be of a MacPro with Drive C (Music) and Drive D (Data Files) being backed up to a Large external firewire Drive X (Partitioned Music & Data Files)?
Thanks
