Backup problems - BOINC

Hello,

I run some projects on BOINC and do a daily bootable backup at 0300. On some days I get the following error message from Superduper:

| 03:18:47 AM | Error | SDCopy: Error copying /Library/Application Support/BOINC Data/projects/climateprediction.net/hadcm3n_t1zk_1940_40_007452130/dataout/atmos_restart.hold to /Volumes/Bootable Backup/Library/Application Support/BOINC Data/projects/climateprediction.net/hadcm3n_t1zk_1940_40_007452130/dataout/atmos_restart.hold of type 8 due to error 2: No such file or directory

A reboot of the Mac fixes the problem and the backup procedure works fine.
Interestingly I do not get this error message every day but only on some.

BOINC is a manager process for various volunteer projects, like Seti@home, and it takes care of running the different projects in the background.
See: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/

Thanks for your help

Siegfried
