Won't complete copy to external firewire

After 4 attempts and 6 hours I can't get my internal HD (Mac dual 2.7 PPC, OSX 10.4.11 4.5GB RAM) to complete a copy to a brand new external 1TB Western Digital Firewire drive. I'm less than impressed w/ SuperDuper! at this point. Following is the error message from the log. I don't see the solution for getting around a file that can't be found error. Any thoughts?
