failed to preserve spotlight state
failed to preserve spotlight state.
failed to erase target drive. This program does not do as advertised. I have used carbon copy cloner, i backup, clonetool. all of these work better than your program. But, they don't boot up either. So that's why I purchased another program that doesn't work. bummer!! :-( |

Hi.
I am having the same issue. I have been a happy, loyal, paying, satisfied SuperDuper user for a long time and this just started happening. Not only that, but it won't appear to let me send the error message and log via the application. It just keeps "sending" ad infinitum. Can you please tell me how to fix this? Thanks. Paul |

That's strange, since we send the log with the OSX "Messaging" framework. Try restarting your Mac, then give it another try, Paul. If you have trouble, copy/paste the log into an email message to support.
