Need my 1st backup/ stupid Xtra partition holding me back!

OK,
so it's obvious you are not the authority on how to eliminate the partition, Apple is.. But can you tell me at what point Superduper allows you to actually choose which partitions to duplicate? Or is it all

"self-evident"
