Can I schedule extra backups?

I have SuperDuper set so that every morning my computer turns on and SuperDuper backs up my internal HD to an external. Works like a charm!

Then once a week I take a second external that I store offsite and back up external one to external two. It is little more complicated because I have two partitions on each external but you get the idea.

I wonder if I can schedule SuperDuper to do the Sunday morning external to external back up as well as the daily internal to external? Unlike my daily I have to remember and go get the destination drive so I'm not always ready with both drives at a specific time.

Can I schedule a second (weekly) backup in addition to my daily? And if I set a time and the drives aren't ready will it run when I get around to plugging them in?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks
