Can't Boot from Super Duper Copy -- question not answered by FAQ post

I cannot boot to my Super Duper! copy. Previously, I have used this drive with rsyncx and the copy made would boot. It is a 250 GB drive connected with USB. I have made it into 2 partitions using disk utility and I am backing up to the HFS+ one. Please advise.

What OS are you using? What partition scheme did you select when you partitioned? What happens when you try to boot?

I'm using Leopard. I used disk utility to make 2 partitions, one FAT, one HFS+. When I try to boot, I get stuck on the gray apple screen.

Yes, that's because SD! is not yet Leopard compatible: this is one of the symptoms.
