After upgrade, target drive is greyed out

I just upgraded to the latest version of SuperDuper tonight. In the "Copy" dropdown list, the drive I'm trying to back up is selectable, as is the target drive where I always back it up. However, in the "to" dropdown list, the drive I'm trying to back up is available to select as a target (which I would not expect), while the drive to which I always back it up is greyed out and not available to select as a target. Both drives are connected to my machine and on. I'm running a Mac with OS10.7. Any ideas about what might be causing this and how I can fix it so I can resume normal backups?

The drive is either not formatted as HFS+ (unlikely, given what you've said) or marked as damaged by the OS. Please repair it with Disk Utility's right-hand "Repair Disk" button, repeat until there are no errors, and give it another try.
