Question SuperDuper! + Drobo?

Hi I'm considering a Drobo (www.drobo.com) for regular backups. Would SD work well with a drobo? Would you recommend the sparse images. I'm not sure if you can partition a Drobo like you can a regular external HDD. Thanks.

You can't partition the Drobo, but you can certainly store an image to it, and that works fine.

Thanks for your reply. Are sparse images slower than the default type of backup?

Yes, they're less direct to the drive, so they're going to be slower. Also, due to that level of indirection, they're somewhat less reliable as well.
