Error Halting Backup

I have used the unregistered version of SuperDuper to backup my system when it was on Panther with no issues. I have since moved up to Tiger and tried to use my now registered SuperDuper to back up my main HD to an external drive, but I get an error that I cannot figure out. Below is the log from SuperDuper. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks...

Chris
