I'm currently on OS 10.4.11 and I need to upgrade to 10.6. Does this sounds like a good plan:
- back up using superduper to a Buffalo DriveStation (HD-CE1.0TIU2). Anyone know if this drive is bootable over firewire?
- Fresh install of 10.6 on the Imac.
- use migration assistant to move the 10.4 data to the new 10.6 install.
Dose this sound like a good plan? Any tips or tricks I should be aware of?
