OK, so you did this on the Safety Clone, right? You can "clone back" from the Safety Clone to the main drive if you're VERY CAREFUL. Here's what to do:

While booted from the Safety Clone:

- First, back up the original drive in case you make a mistake.
- Select the Safety Clone as the source volume, and the original drive as the destination.
- Choose "Backup - all files" as the script
- Choose "Smart Update" as the "During copy" method. You MUST choose "Smart Update" for this to work properly. And, whatever you do, DO NOT choose "Erase, then copy".
- Perform the copy.

This will update the OS and applications (including Virtual PC), but will not overwrite anything that was shared by SuperDuper!
