Freezes at 13.15gb

Hi,

I'm trying out the free trial of superduper and I'm having the following problem.

When creating a backup (all files) superduper freezes at 13.15gb. I've tried this three times and it freezes at the same point everytime. Last attempt sat there for 2.5 hours before I gave up.

321,293 of 843,520 files evaluated, 312,159 files copied. Effective copy speed 3.93MB/s
13.15GB evaluated, 0.00 MB already up to date, 11.96 GB copied.

I'm running OSX 10.4.11 on a intel based macbook with a 120GB hard drive. Trying to backup to 200GB partition on a 500 GB MyBook external usb hard drive. Using a GUID partition table, also ran check on external drive and get the following.

Verifying volume “Backup”
Checking HFS Plus volume.
Checking Extents Overflow file.
Checking Catalog file.
Checking multi-linked files.
Checking Catalog hierarchy.
Checking Extended Attributes file.
Checking volume bitmap.
Checking volume information.
The volume Backup appears to be OK.
Mounting Disk

1 HFS volume checked
Volume passed verification

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jaw
