SuperDuper in Lion opens on restart

This is admittedly a small item, but...

I have SuperDuper programmed to start a backup late in the evening, and when it finishes, I have it shut down the computer. I then have the computer turn itself on in the morning. Since during the scheduled backup, SuperDuper is the last (and only) application open, when my computer restarts in the morning, the system re-opens SuperDuper. I have no need for SuperDuper in the morning, so I have to go and manually quit it.

Now I know that I can go in to System Preferences and turn off "restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps", but this turns the feature off for everything. I know, for example, that you can option-quit Safari, and it won't reopen its windows on the next restart. But you can't do that with SuperDuper if it's shutting itself off automatically. I wonder if there is a way to just keep SuperDuper from re-opening when Lion restarts.

Thanks.
