I lost my address book contacts
 

Hi all,

Through what I am sure was user error, when I got a new iPhone 4, in the process of syncing, I somehow trashed all my contacts.

I have that information on a superduper back up drive, but I don't know how to bring it back over to my MacBookPro, and subsequently to my iPhone.

Can you help?

Quit all applications, the drag back /Users/your-account/Library/Application Support/AddressBook from the backup to the same location on the startup drive. Then restart your Mac and you should be all set.
