Registration code required for clone???

I am trying to do a simple clone which from what I understand should be the following settings: Copy Macintosh HD to NEW Macintosh HD using Backup-all files.

When I push "copy now" I am prompted to register the software. Do I need to put some sort of registration code in to perform this "Free cloning" task? What am I missing?

Are you using "Backup - all files" with "Erase, then copy"?
