WD software still running
 

Just did a new install and I can't seem to get the Western Digital software (Memeo backup) off of my imac. Put the apps in trash, even tried Appzapper. Their back-up stuff is still runnning. I can quit in the activity monitor, but it reloads upon startup.
Super duper seems to be running fine, though.

It didn't include an uninstaller, Chris?

Software came installed on the WD .5T My Book. The smart erase must have erased it first.

You might find an uninstaller on WD's web site.

Memeo is difficult to completely remove. There are some solutions at their forum:

I was tempted to give it a try until I read some of these posts.
