Failed to schedule automatic copy
Manual backup runs fine. When I try to schedule I get:
Failed to schedule automatic copy. An error occurred while trying to schedule the copy for automatic execution. If you modified the Applescript, please ensure the script syntax is correct and try again. Google revealed Dave previously suggesting that rebuilding the Launch Services database would fix this. I ran Cocktail to rebuild, no failure messages, but the same SuperDuper error. Any ideas? I'm on 2.6.4. Thanks! |
This usually means you have a damaged AppleScript dictionary. What I'd suggest is deleting ALL copies of SuperDuper! you have installed. Empty your trash, then restart your Mac. Reinstall SuperDuper! to /Applications (don't put it in a special folder), then see if it works.

That did it, thanks Dave!

Hmm. Same thing happened a couple of days ago, but this time a full uninstall SD + reboot + reinstall into Apps did not fix it. Any ideas? I'm on 10.6.8
Thanks! |
