not working

just bought SuperDuper in order to help clone/backup several partitions from one drive to another.

However, no matter what I do or how many times I try it stalls and does not complete the backup. 2 hours down the drain.

Downloaded Carbon Copy Cloner for free and had each partition cloned and backed up in minutes.

What gives!???

I'm not a happy camper for spending the $30 when I didn't have to. I'm actually very shocked at the good reviews I've seen.

What do you mean by "stalls"? Do you get an error? Does it actually stop? Does it seem to get stuck?

I'd certainly like to help you get to the bottom of this, but I don't have enough information to do so...
