I just had a question about terminology in SuperDuper reporting. In the SmartUpdate progress pane, numbers are given for files/memory "evaluated", "already up to date", and "copied". Does "evaluated" mean what has been looked at to decide if it needs updating? Does "already up to date" mean that which is established NOT to need updating? Does "copied" mean that which needed updating and is now updated? Just curious about how to read the progress report.

Yes, that's generally what it means. "Already up to date" can also mean "shouldn't be copied"/preserved. No need to be super obsessive about the #s, there are a lot of factors involved.

Thanks. No, I don't want to be obsessive about it. I was just curious. It does seem that when not much has changed, the "already up to date" numbers go up pretty fast.

Yes, as they should. General info comparison can go quite quickly, and we go as fast as we can.
