copy one folder, not ignore 53

I'd like to SuperDupe Smart Update just one folder on one drive to another drive. Before I follow the instructions to ignore 53 other folders to set this up, is there a way to just select this one folder to smart update? Link to help files on this is fine thanks.

Basically, you include the "Exclude all files" script in the include tab, and then add the folder you want to copy to the "Commands" tab, Steve. But if you'll send some email to support, I'll provide more detailed instructions.
