Overlapping schedules with "Shut Down" after

I have two scheduled backups both of which, upon completion, Shut-Down the computer. If their schedule overlaps (it sometimes might) will they both run, or will the eariler one shut down first?

The earlier one will shut down first. Set the one with shut down so it runs, say, one minute after the other (shut down should not be set for that one).
