Hi All!!

I am new to the Mac world as I just inherited a PowerBook G4 DVI (800mhz PPC) and upgraded from Panther to Tiger (10.4.11). I am completely up to date with all necessary Java and Security updates. Since the Hard Drive is the original 40GB, its showing its years (sluggish) and is beginning to make some clicks.

I have a 160GB drive that's I prepped to be the destination for my clone but ran into the following error. For the record, I tried using SuperDuper TWICE (Failed) and once utilizing the builting disk utility (Failed).

Please help point me in the right direction. From first glance, looks like some Epson printer issues getting in the way. I don't have an EPSON printer but dont know how to ignore it from the back up.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!

hi.

i have since closed the super duper dialog but have saved the log as a text file. i would have to go through this failed process again to re-generate the log file. is it OK with you if i can instead send you the text file?

appreciate your help!

**edit**
i was able to open up superduper and view the log again. after setting up my mail, i was able to send the log via the support email. awaiting a response! thanks
