Clonning with a window partition ?

I have a friend with a MacBook (white), Mac 10.5.7, an HFS + partition and a small Windows partition

SD may be cloned both without problems?

- Are there any precautions?

We do not copy Windows volumes, Bruno - only HFS+ (Mac OS Extended) volumes.
