Can I use super duper to backup up a folder to a remote mac on the same network?

I am using two macs in two separate offices but on the same network. I can manually transfer files between the two by logging in to the other but I wonder if I can use super duper to smart update a images folder from one mac to the other on a regular basis?

Not directly to a folder, no: over a network, we can only copy to a disk image (typically a read/write sparse image) on the far side.
