Clone MAC HDD with windows partition

Sorry if this has been covered before but will SuperDuper clone both the MAC OS and the Windows partitions from a MAC drive (when configured with boot camp) to a new hard drive? If not what is the best way to do this?

No; in general, you'll need to use WinClone (or similar) for the Windows volume. We only copy HFS+ volumes.
