I am using SuperDuper to backup an external drive to a spare image on a NAS drive

I have received this error message.

| 06:30:22 AM | Error | ditto: /Volumes/kuska backup NAS/3. Completed movies/2006 movies (finished)/.BC.3aRaP9: Invalid argument

This is a bit strange because I have been able to backup the drive previously and have not made any changes to the file at issue.

Can you advise if the problem is with the source drive, and if so what might be the problem and how to remedy please?

That looks like your backup drive failed mid-copy: perhaps a network failure?
