Going from Old MBP to aluminum unibody MBP

hi, has anybody done this yet?
I am going from an old MBP to Aluminum unibody MBP.

anything i should be worried about?
Will it work straight up?

Any help would be appreciated.

When prompted to "copy from another Mac" during the first startup of the new MBP, point it either at the original MBP or a full SD! backup of it.

Should work fine.
