Hello.
I would like to send an e-mail when a backup is made.
I think that is possible using a shell script that Superduper launches when the backup is complete, but I dont know how to make shell scripts.
Does anyone knows how to do this?
Thanks :)

Install Growl (http://www.growl.info), which we support, and you can use its "MailMe" notification type to mail for both successful and failed copies.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I already have Growl installed, i try to config it with your instructions, but had no lunk, how do I use mailme? It doesn't appear on Growl.
Superduper appears on Growl, but how can i config it to send a mail message?
Thanks again

It's one of the notification types in Growl's preference pane: you pick SD!, the notification you want, and then change the "Display Style".

It all goes well until it tries to use the script
Documents/Work/ServicoProprio/Many/Scripts/NewMessage.scpt: Permission denied

Why are you running that script? It sounds like something you wrote, not part of Growl. Turn that option off.

But that only appear when I did Mailme on Growl.

I don't know why that would be: please ensure that you are not trying to run that yourself, in the Advanced tab of Options.
