Backup freezes at Prepare to copy files

I set-up Superduper for backup and it has been running well for a month or two. The last few days it has "frozen" on the "Prepare to copy files" step on a drive it has had no problems with in the past? Any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting your Mac, Steve? Is it repairing permissions?
