Can SuperDuper backup and restore a G5 running 2 WD Raptor 150's in Raid 0 configuration configured through Disk Utility, not a dedicated raid card in 10.5.2?

Yes. Note that you might need to re-bless the drive in some RAID configurations if you're using Leopard. If you can't start up from the drive, from Terminal you can run:

bless --folder "/Volumes/your-volume-name/System/Library/CoreServices" --bootinfo --bootefi
