Hard Drive Power Down

Is there a place anywhere within SD that will allow for an external hard drive to sleep or to power down when it's not in use? :rolleyes:

Just eject it. On schedule, we'll automatically mount, copy and eject.

I did eject it, and it successfully re-mounted and backed up on schedule, but when it ejected on it's own the external hard drive kept running. Any further suggestions? :rolleyes:

That's something you'd have to discuss with the drive manufacturer. Most drives spin down. :)
