Multiple User Accounts on same Mac

My spouse and I share the same MacMini, but we have separate user accounts. If I set SD to backup "user" accounts will it copy the data from both accounts or do I have to separately switch to the "other" account and do a user backup there.

"Backup - user files" always backs up the /Users folder, which contains all Home folders, yours and your wife's.
