Can i schedule a backup while Mac remains in Sleep Mode?

I would like to know if it is possible to schedule Superduper to run
a backup while my Mac *remains* in Sleep Mode?

if not possible, then what would be the best way? thanks!

How could a backup occur if your Mac is asleep and remaining that way?
