PC version?

Is there any program like this one that works for a PC and not just Mac?

I also use Win XP every day, and I'm not aware of any backup app that will create a bootable clone of a Windows system...Ghost imaging for sure, but I believe the bootable functionality of an exact clone is a real Mac differentiator.
