SD and international settings

Hi everyone ,i have been using SD for some time now but i would like to notify about a little worry that has been dogging us a bit ...

We use SD to auto clone one of our servers running mac os X server 10.4.8 and i have been signaled on a regular basis by employees on site that some of server appplications jump back to US figures but not keyboard after a copy.

Is there someway Super Duper modifies International Settings while running ?

We don't touch files on the source volume (other than our own preferences and log), IINDIE, so no -- I don't think this could possibly be us.
