I just dl the tryout and wanted to try it.

I have an Intel-Mac
10.4.7

Trying to create a FULL Backup to a 75 Gig Lacie Firewire

and I get this issue, I think it's 80% from the backup and 50 minutes later.

That looks like you had a previous failure that's left a bad mount point around. Try restarting your Mac -- that should clear up the mount point and allow the backup to succeed.

thank you! it seems to work, created a full backup image.

I'll probably work on the next step of cloning back to laptop to test.
